We started Wednesday with dress-ups we brought with us - sunglasses, colour hair extensions, hair clips, bangles - and of course nail-polish!! What great ways to learn new English words - and reinforce the names of the colours!! The nail-polish was a HIT - and not only with the girls... The boys all got into it - painting one nail, or even their toes... :))
Yip, we all got into it... :))
Sunnies all 'round...
Nail-polish for young and old...
As you can see, the boys got right into it - with Alex right behind them... :)
And the Playdough was a big success again - this time we had more than 20 colours to learn!! ;-)
Sen - being MR. C O O L ...
Guess what the kids had for lunch today??
Frogs!! Yip, all these little pieces of meat are chopped-up frogs...
Eat-your-heart out French restauranteurs!!
The frogs were to be wok-fried with veggies... Look-out Master Chef... :))
At the school in the afternoon the girls continued to teach colours and played 'colour bingo' to reinforce the colours' names... And Mich taught grammar!! Adjectives to be specific... Like turning the sentence 'the boy rode his bike' into an adjective-ridden sentence like 'the tall, handsome, clever boy rode his new, black, expensive bike'... The kids actually came-up with this sentence... :))
Colours class at school
Mich teaching grammar...
And these kids actually like learning grammar!!! :))
In the breaks we taught the kids to play scrabble... As you can see, we had quite a crowd - and we had 2 boards going at a time...
The 5-6pm class... OVER 70 KIDS!! 4 to a desk and STANDING around the teacher's desk!!!
B-I-N-G-O, B-I-N-G-O, B-I-N-G-O and Bingo was his name... The kids LOVE this song... And school... ;-)

Alex and Steph on the way home after a long day... Letting-off some steam - singing and dancing in the tuk-tuk... Who needs a radio when you have 2 teenage passengers?!?!?...
Our fellow road-users certainly appreciated the free entertainment... :)))
Well, that's it for another day... The weekend's coming-up - stay tuned for our field-trip... ;-)
